Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts of the completed or part of the ongoing research related to the conference subject line are invited for oral and poster presentations.

You will receive an email after you submit the abstract. If you do not receive this acknowledgement e-mail, please contact the organising secretary, Dr Amit Yadav at ncmrpune@gmail.com. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the constituted review committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email. The acceptance of the abstract will be intimated by October 15, 2019. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

The poster should be prepared in size of 30-inch x 40-inch i.e. 76 cm x 102 cm (width x height) showing title, authors, address, e-mail of presenting author, introduction, materials and methods, results and conclusion in brief.

  • Abstracts should be prepared in English in Microsoft Word only. Download the MS Word file for the abstract template.

  • The abstract text should be 1.15 line spaced, with not more than 300 words.

  • The abstract must mention the presentation type (oral or poster), the title of the abstract, authors (format: Surname A., Surname B., Surname C. and Surname D.), author affiliations, email ID of the presenting author and Keywords (not more than 5).

  • Page size must be A4.

  • You must not include figures, graphs, tables or literature references.

  • One line of grant acknowledgements with the name of the funding agency and grant number may be included at the bottom of the abstract.

  • Please review your abstract for spellings and grammar accuracy suitable for the publication. Please assess the abstract carefully before sending as no modification of abstracts will be possible after the submission.

  • The abstract in prescribed format must reach to the organizing secretary of IAM 2019 latest by September 30, 2019, through email only. Email ID: ncmrpune@gmail.com.
